How do I know which size fits my dog?
PT-01 Small covers 25–45 lb, Medium 45–70 lb, Large 70–90 lb. If your dog is right at the boundary, size up — the shell is snug by design but there should be enough room for a stand-up shake. The fit check tool on the product page walks through car + seat + dog.
Will it fit in my vehicle?
The PT-01 anchors to any LATCH-equipped rear seat (US since 2003) and works in most SUVs, sedans, and crossovers. The Fit Check on any product page asks for your year/make/model and confirms clearance before you buy.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders in by 2p MT ship the same business day from Colorado. Standard US ground delivery lands in 2–5 business days. Free shipping on the Complete Kit and on any order over $500.
Is it really crash-tested?
Yes — dynamic sled testing at 30 mph with an instrumented canine dummy at an accredited lab. Test video and instrumentation traces are on the homepage under Evidence. No restraint is a guarantee, but the PT-01 is the only enclosure of its size class with published dynamic data.
What's your return policy?
30 days on unused product in original packaging, no restocking fee. Two-year warranty against manufacturing defect on the shell and hardware. Start either one at the Returns portal — we email a prepaid US label.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. Install takes about 4 minutes with LATCH — no tools required. The kit ships with color-coded straps and a printed quickstart. Video walkthroughs live in the Support section after checkout.
