Orders and payment

All orders are processed in USD through Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if inventory is out of stock, pricing is incorrect, or fraud is suspected — we'll refund in full and let you know why.

Shipping

Orders ship from Colorado, typically within one business day. Delivery times depend on carrier and destination. Risk of loss transfers to you at delivery.

Returns and warranty

30-day return window on unused product in original packaging. Two-year warranty against manufacturing defect on the PT-01 shell and hardware. Start any return or warranty claim by emailing support@puptent.com.

Safety disclaimer

No restraint is a guarantee. Crash-test performance is documented for the PT-01 in a standardized dynamic sled rig at the stated impact speed. Real-world collision outcomes vary with vehicle, seating position, install quality, and impact geometry. Follow install instructions and vet fit before every trip.
